- We provide free standard worldwide shipping on print orders over $100. This will automatically apply at checkout for qualifying orders.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available for your location). Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Laura Kay Keeling is not responsible for customs fees or taxes on international orders. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact prodigi immediately (support@prodigi.com) with photos (please cc me on this email: hello@laurakaykeeling.com). We’ll assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if needed.
