Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact prodigi (support@prodigi.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please cc me on this email (hello@laurakaykeeling.com). Thank you!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Prints, custom products (e.g., commissions, customized framing, and digital products), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless received damaged.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
