fragile wild - Public Artwork at Assembly Park, 2022

2022 - ongoing

I was very excited to be selected by Art + Public to create an 8 feet tall x 40 feet long public artwork for Assembly Park in Vaughan. I created a collage with a large floral element in the middle, and two grids of analog photographs on each side. There are also some sourced imagery of human-made elements (concrete, stairs etc) included and overlapping. I wanted to create something that was visible and recognizable from far away, but that is also interesting with many different elements and layers to keep folks interested and engaged when they get closer.

More details here. If you find yourself in Vaughan, stop on by! The artwork will be installed for 8-10 years.
